Nothing, the hotel was unsafe lots of people in an out at all hours of the night. Customer service was terrible. They did not want to provide blankets and sheets for third bed and lied about a refund for cancellation. Towels were stained .

Location was great in the middle of shopping centers and popular brand stores, pool and hot tub was awesome, valet parking was very convenient, room was sparkly clean, staff were super friendly.

The location is amazing. If you¿re looking for a very no frills, shabby room on the cheaper side this is a perfect option. There was a parking garage not far behind the hotel in the biblioteque national for $11 a day. We would stay here again.

location was good, not great. Also, the car rental Budget was in the hotel. Easy to rent car and explore Montreal and go to Quebec City was easy.

Why do you even call it a "hotel"? It is a youth hostel. And I did not spend a single night there. Because I realized too late that the broker had put me into a big and MIXED dormitory
Location in Old Montreal was great! Could easily walk to metro, Notre Dame, main square, Old Port, Chinatown., Bonsecour Market (right across street), and much more. Don't miss small Bonsecour church across street -model ships hung for blessed travel.

Staff are nice
The room is equipped with a mini-fridge and a microwave. Although it's more of a motel, it's not noisy at all (I guess the doors and windows were sound-proof), we had nights of good sleep.
