I arrived at the hotel and the receptionist was not friendly at all, they charged me a $105 deposit and I didn't know I had to pay it, she told me it was refundable and they still haven't given it back to me.

Room was dirty, sheets were dirty. Door had large gap that let freezing air in all night. No sound proofing, so you will hear your neighbors belching, taking a dump, and banging each other all night. Charged us an unexpected deposit.

The location was great for what we had to get done in Louisville. The room was great for the early morning view of horses galloping on the training track. The casino was not unbearably cold like most tend to be. The restaurant selection is nice.

Clean, updated, such friendly staff. Everyone was so friendly, our room was not ready until a little after 3pm, but they kept us updated and we hung out in the lobby until it was ready. It was so clean and nice.
