This was probably the best, if not one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It was my first time in Louisville, my second time in Kentucky in general. The staff was super friendly. Definitely friendlier than I'm used to lol. The King room I was in was pretty spacious, with a big couch, nice bed, desk, desk chair and the bathroom was also pretty nice. Breakfast was good except some mornings there weren't eggs and I started to wonder if they only put out eggs from like 6-7 am. Also wondered why there wasn't any bacon. But overall, this hotel was amazing.
Excellent location. The staff was “The Best”! Made our stay very relaxing and met our every need. The facility was in near perfect shape. The breakfast was fantastic great selection and wonderful seating to enjoy your morning meal. And the hours are perfect for travelers, or relaxing visitors. Can’t wait to visit again.

It was the perfect location, clean and friendly!
The location was great. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms decent size, comfortable and clean. Out stay was impacted by the plane crash at nearby Louisville airport and a lockdown of downtown in the aftermath so we weren’t able to get out and explore the city as we would have wished but it was fine to stay at the hotel and use the facilities.

Breakfast was decent, it has enough variety and the coffee was good. The cleanliness of the room was good. Location was great for our needs.
We enjoyed the room, it was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was good. The location was great and very peaceful. You could just walk across the street to Target for any essential items that you needed.

Good location for walking to Yum center for event and walking back late at night. Small boutique hotel , only 51 rooms, nice lobby spaces. Quiet hotel with interesting history. Nicely renovated and rooms are small but very adequate. Bathrooms nice. Valet service was great also with friendly good valet drivers to park car.
Beautiful property and great location. The restaurant inside was delicious and the bakery next door was very yummy. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was good. Restaurant was fantastic. Staff were friendly. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but okay. Loved the refillable water bottle and the water fountain right outside our room. My bill through booking was hundreds off from what I would have paid calling the hotel to book. I learned my lesson here.

Convenient…. Easy to get to. Good places in hotel and near to eat at. Mattresses weren’t real comfortably. Some of the rooms needed paint touch ups. Price was very reasonable! Staff very helpful and nice. Place was very clean.

The hotel was really nice when walking in the lobby and they offered a good variety of snacks and breakfast. The room was clean and just as I expected. The tv in the room offered Netflix, youtube, and Amazon prime video which I was very happy with. The staff was friendly and helpful.

quiet and comfortable, good breakfast choices and clean
Location next to the airport was great. Unfortunately, I could not use all the facilities such as the pool and gym or even have the full breakfast, but all I saw of them was great! I would definitively stay here again and/or recommend the hotel to others.

We really enjoyed our stay-cation! Our home was being renovated and We decided to stay. So glad we did… We went on Tuesday which was Taco Tuesday at the Hotel as well!!! They offered free Tacos, with all toppings you can think of and my kiddos were so happy. We had access to The pool until 11pm, there’s a beautiful area to sit outside and enjoy the fire pit, and we we’re able to workout before our checkout! Our rooms were clean, our kitchen was nice as well. I could go on & on Or you could go on and Book a stay to see for your self.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Had a 2 queen room that was huge! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash/lotion scent - if they were in individual sizes would have definitely taken them with me - but appreciated the refillable size for less waste. Nice variety in the breakfast options.

What a beautiful old historical hotel! There is a connected parking garage with easy access and great restaurants around to reach by foot! The distance to the airport also was nice - 10 minute by car! The bar was very nice and had someGreat cocktails along with a pianist playing in the lobby! The food was amazing!
Absolutely beautiful hotel, will absolutely return and stay here again. We came for louder than life for 6 days, and the price was great. They had a delicious breakfast buffett, and while it was kind of pricey, it was fantastic. It's the best buffett I've ever had. The fresh towels and daily room service are a nice touch. The rooms were a nice comfortable size, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The little throw blanket is a nice touch. The bathroom and shower were spacious and clean. I will definitely come back next year!

This was probably the best, if not one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It was my first time in Louisville, my second time in Kentucky in general. The staff was super friendly. Definitely friendlier than I'm used to lol. The King room I was in was pretty spacious, with a big couch, nice bed, desk, desk chair and the bathroom was also pretty nice. Breakfast was good except some mornings there weren't eggs and I started to wonder if they only put out eggs from like 6-7 am. Also wondered why there wasn't any bacon. But overall, this hotel was amazing.
Excellent location. The staff was “The Best”! Made our stay very relaxing and met our every need. The facility was in near perfect shape. The breakfast was fantastic great selection and wonderful seating to enjoy your morning meal. And the hours are perfect for travelers, or relaxing visitors. Can’t wait to visit again.

Good location for walking to Yum center for event and walking back late at night. Small boutique hotel , only 51 rooms, nice lobby spaces. Quiet hotel with interesting history. Nicely renovated and rooms are small but very adequate. Bathrooms nice. Valet service was great also with friendly good valet drivers to park car.

Location was good. Restaurant was fantastic. Staff were friendly. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but okay. Loved the refillable water bottle and the water fountain right outside our room. My bill through booking was hundreds off from what I would have paid calling the hotel to book. I learned my lesson here.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, will absolutely return and stay here again. We came for louder than life for 6 days, and the price was great. They had a delicious breakfast buffett, and while it was kind of pricey, it was fantastic. It's the best buffett I've ever had. The fresh towels and daily room service are a nice touch. The rooms were a nice comfortable size, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The little throw blanket is a nice touch. The bathroom and shower were spacious and clean. I will definitely come back next year!

Beautifully decorated and felt like we were in Louisville and not a generic city. Loved having a lounge, restaurant, and the market area in the hotel. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Had a 2 queen room that was huge! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash/lotion scent - if they were in individual sizes would have definitely taken them with me - but appreciated the refillable size for less waste. The place was super clean! It has a nice indoor pool and really spacious rooms with nice amenities in them. Big bathrooms compared to a lot of hotels out there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best thing was their breakfast, I always book a location that offers free breakfast and theirs does not disappoint. There's a HUGE selection of foods from waffles(waffle maker is a nice touch)to cereal and eggs/ sausage, etc. The coffee selection is top notch(Starbucks) and their lounge/ seating area was accommodating with plug ins at nearly every turn. We were in town two nights for a concert held downtown and getting an Uber was painless and just a quick trip to get there. 10/10 would book here again!

This hotel was absolutely amazing and especially for the price. The bathroom was a little small but other than that the room is huge. Had dishes come with a full sink, full refrigerator and freezer , and dishwasher plenty of space even had pull out sofa. Our room could easily fit about eight people. Breakfast was good and it wasn't overly crowded. This hotel exceeded my expectations for sure.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, will absolutely return and stay here again. We came for louder than life for 6 days, and the price was great. They had a delicious breakfast buffett, and while it was kind of pricey, it was fantastic. It's the best buffett I've ever had. The fresh towels and daily room service are a nice touch. The rooms were a nice comfortable size, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The little throw blanket is a nice touch. The bathroom and shower were spacious and clean. I will definitely come back next year!

Room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean. Friendly staff. We were visiting family in Boulder, but many of the hotels in Boulder were much more expensive. Loved this location, the Louisville community was very nice, and super close to Boulder without the Boulder prices. AND on top of it, loved the room. The breakfast looked great, although we didn’t partake. Definitely recommend this place.
The room was spacious enough given the cost per night. Lobby was comfortable for working and the wifi was good.Mark at the front desk was nice during check-in. Housekeeping was friendly when we needed one item for the room. Good central location for the region, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Easy parking, right downtown
Great place located within walking distance to local attractions. Our arrival was after staff had left but our third floor room exceeded expectations.The automated entrance worked as advertised. The lighted off street parking was great for our road trip. Had a pizza and beverage at The Garage, an actual converted former corner garage, it was excellent. We followed that up with a cocktail at Seven Cocktails both of which were a short walk away.
10/10 Absolutely beautiful room and facilities.I had some difficulties with entry but the communication and assistance from the Hancock House was amazing and everything was sorted quickly and easily. 10/10 on great communication and very professional and polite. Easy to find, good parking and not far to walk downtown and access food and drinks.

It was the perfect location, clean and friendly!
The location was great. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms decent size, comfortable and clean. Out stay was impacted by the plane crash at nearby Louisville airport and a lockdown of downtown in the aftermath so we weren’t able to get out and explore the city as we would have wished but it was fine to stay at the hotel and use the facilities.

Room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean. Friendly staff. We were visiting family in Boulder, but many of the hotels in Boulder were much more expensive. Loved this location, the Louisville community was very nice, and super close to Boulder without the Boulder prices. AND on top of it, loved the room. The breakfast looked great, although we didn’t partake. Definitely recommend this place.
The room was spacious enough given the cost per night. Lobby was comfortable for working and the wifi was good.Mark at the front desk was nice during check-in. Housekeeping was friendly when we needed one item for the room. Good central location for the region, with plenty of restaurants nearby.
Beds were comfortable, room had the usual amenities. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was really nice when walking in the lobby and they offered a good variety of snacks and breakfast. The room was clean and just as I expected. The tv in the room offered Netflix, youtube, and Amazon prime video which I was very happy with. The staff was friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful old historical hotel! There is a connected parking garage with easy access and great restaurants around to reach by foot! The distance to the airport also was nice - 10 minute by car! The bar was very nice and had someGreat cocktails along with a pianist playing in the lobby! The food was amazing!
Absolutely beautiful hotel, will absolutely return and stay here again. We came for louder than life for 6 days, and the price was great. They had a delicious breakfast buffett, and while it was kind of pricey, it was fantastic. It's the best buffett I've ever had. The fresh towels and daily room service are a nice touch. The rooms were a nice comfortable size, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The little throw blanket is a nice touch. The bathroom and shower were spacious and clean. I will definitely come back next year!

This was probably the best, if not one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It was my first time in Louisville, my second time in Kentucky in general. The staff was super friendly. Definitely friendlier than I'm used to lol. The King room I was in was pretty spacious, with a big couch, nice bed, desk, desk chair and the bathroom was also pretty nice. Breakfast was good except some mornings there weren't eggs and I started to wonder if they only put out eggs from like 6-7 am. Also wondered why there wasn't any bacon. But overall, this hotel was amazing.
Excellent location. The staff was “The Best”! Made our stay very relaxing and met our every need. The facility was in near perfect shape. The breakfast was fantastic great selection and wonderful seating to enjoy your morning meal. And the hours are perfect for travelers, or relaxing visitors. Can’t wait to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay-cation! Our home was being renovated and We decided to stay. So glad we did… We went on Tuesday which was Taco Tuesday at the Hotel as well!!! They offered free Tacos, with all toppings you can think of and my kiddos were so happy. We had access to The pool until 11pm, there’s a beautiful area to sit outside and enjoy the fire pit, and we we’re able to workout before our checkout! Our rooms were clean, our kitchen was nice as well. I could go on & on Or you could go on and Book a stay to see for your self.

Good location for walking to Yum center for event and walking back late at night. Small boutique hotel , only 51 rooms, nice lobby spaces. Quiet hotel with interesting history. Nicely renovated and rooms are small but very adequate. Bathrooms nice. Valet service was great also with friendly good valet drivers to park car.
