The place was clean and good downtown location.
The beds were horrible. The mattress was not comfortable and bed frame was broken made very loud sounds like breaking wood sounds when you rolled over. Awful was not able to get any sleep.

Good location in downtown. Eliot the desk clerk and the breakfast attendants were very kind and helpful.
There were cockroaches in the breakfast area, our mattress was dirty and stained, the plaster in the bathroom was cracking above the shower, lamps were missing from our room, the pool had a lot of hair floating in it, and last but not least, the hotel charged us a $380 smoking fee because they said we were smoking in our room. We don't smoke, and we were actually down in their lobby eating breakfast when the charge was "triggered" in our room, so there was no one even in there at that time. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card because they wouldn't take it off. Then the next day there was another unauthorized charge for $100. Overall it was a very bad experience. Don't stay here.

Location was great. Front desk staff were friendly and inviting. Very responsive.
I spilled a little water on the bathroom floor and when I wiped it up the tissue was black. The floor was filthy. Enough to make me stay somewhere else next time.

Room was clean
Was charged a different price then what I originally booked it for. Staff told me 2 different prices and explanations. Hallway and room smelled strongly of Marijuana. Made me pay for parking when I didn't use the parking lot. Didn't know of overflow parking until check out.

The location was great as it was very near our destinations n on Market Street. The breakfast was also VERY good.
The hookups for devices was dated.

Hotel appeared to be new or updated. Comfortable bed, clean room. Plenty of parking.
Decaf coffee was not hot. Other than that, no problems.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was great! We were there overnight for a college visit and the location of the hotel was within 10 minutes of the school. It was a few blocks from 4th street live. Great location
