The room was clean. The location is good.

The Tv did not work. Staff took an hour to fix it. AC did not work despite making the adjustments on thermostat. Day shift was attentive however night shift was not. When we arrived the Elevator would not stop on the second floor. The Issue was fixed by morning. Breakfast ran out of Bagels.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We spent lots of time in the lobby socializing and that was nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Prices were inflated because of the festival in town. The cushions on some of the seating areas in the lobby had old stains on them. A lot of other reviews said that the breakfast was good, but it was pretty basic by hotel standards.... Not much variety over the 3 days we were there. Also, we were hoping to watch the football game in the lobby but since the NFL put it on Prime, the hotel wasn't able to get it. Rooms were decent but not worth the inflated price.

Nicely maintained, convenient access from highway, 10 minutes from shopping, and BEAUTIFUL walking trails nearby.

We did have a little trouble with ants

The hotel is very clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The staff members made check in and check out a very seamless process! The rooms are very well kept and stocked with needed essentials. The breakfast area was clean: no food on the counter, well stocked, and hot/fresh food.

Everything about this property was a positive!

Very clean hotel and room. Etremely easy check-in with the app on my phone. I checked in a day early using my phone. Picked a room on the app and got a digital key. Never went to the front desk. Came in the side door, scanned the outside door with the digital key on the app (shake the phone at the lock), walked down the hall a few feet, scanned room door using the digital key on my phone. It unlocked no problem. Stayed 1 night and checked out next morning with the app also. Never ever talked to any staff members ever...not even once. They never met us or talked to us. Never had to go to the desk at all. We had breakfast in the morning and left. That was the easiest check in and out I've ever seen in my life. Also liked the bathroom (glass doors that open out) and the thermostat worked great and TV was big. The remote for the TV using the app is awesome. So convenient.

The bed and pillows are not that great. The bed was too hard for me and a bit uncomfortable. I was stiff and sore in the morning and the pillows didn't have enough feathers in them. Need more neck support. My daughter had the other queen bed and she had no problem, so it could have just been me. The shower just had warm water. Never got hot. The sink had hot water but the shower never got hot and you couldn't get it to go hotter. Again, not sure if it was just our room or all the rooms.

Easy access from interstate. All staff that we had contact with was so friendly, professional and helpful. Room was very clean. Pillows were like clouds. Comfy bed. Breakfast had a good variety and hot.
