- Wasn't told that housekeeping had to be requested for a 2-night stay. Breakfast was minimal -- no OJ, no butter, a total of 2 muffins in the case, etc.
- Room needed to be vacuumed and smelled bad, shower had barely warm water. No ice bucket or cups in room.
