The location was convenient to everything we needed and the rooms was fine, but the hotel staff. Wowza! The staff spoke, held conversations with us, gave tips on dining. It was one of, if not the best, interior had with hotel staff. Orlando is the best!

It was a long hard night of traveling and although the floor and bed size was not available. The staff assured me that he can still accommodate me with another room. He was very caring and even went to make sure the room was cool and presentable.
We loved EVERYTHING about this clean and convenient hotel. The first minute we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and kindness. The management team led by hotel employee was one of the best customer experience ever. They were all about; what can we do for you

The staff is excellent. The roof top bar and restaurant are exceptional. I love that the hotel is pet friendly. I would never stay anywhere else in Augusta . I feel safe taking my dogs out to walk etc. It is a beautiful historic hotel.

That it was dog friendly in a great location and the staff was amazing.
The location was convenient to everything we needed and the rooms was fine, but the hotel staff. Wowza! The staff spoke, held conversations with us, gave tips on dining. It was one of, if not the best, interior had with hotel staff. Orlando is the best!

It was a long hard night of traveling and although the floor and bed size was not available. The staff assured me that he can still accommodate me with another room. He was very caring and even went to make sure the room was cool and presentable.

It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area.
The staff is excellent. The roof top bar and restaurant are exceptional. I love that the hotel is pet friendly. I would never stay anywhere else in Augusta . I feel safe taking my dogs out to walk etc. It is a beautiful historic hotel.

Some of the people were so nice. Hotel employee along with from the breakfast section (she had a beautiful personality). hotel employee made the whole trip worth dealing with.

Nothing. They were not anything that they were supposed to be. And don't believe the sign that says if you're not satisfied with your stay that it's free that's complete BS. This hotel needs to have the name Hilton stricken from their sign!!!
