Clean rooms

The gentleman at the front desk made it his job to say hello and greet each guest by name as they came and went. That was wonderful and very professional and kind. Additionally my room and the whole facility was spotlessly clean. The lady who was making sure the breakfast area was clean and well stocked greeted every guest with a smile and a kind word. This is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in a long time.

Few spots on the floor and sofa chair and also the sofa bed was awful couldn't get comfortable at all.You can even feel the springs in it !They kept running out of breakfast, and Didn't restock the breakfast area

My fiance and I was on a day trip from Augusta visiting friends and family when we decided to stay for the night. Everything was awesome from the staff to the rooms and breakfast. I will highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family when visiting the state of Georgia.

We had to wait for someone to come to tbe reception desk. There was never anyone there at anytime. I stood there three times. Once when I registered, later on that night when I wanted to purchase something to drink and the next morning when I was ready to check out.

When I first walked in, the first thing that I was pleased with was the scent in the air of the lobby. It smelled soooo good and was very clean. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. There's also plenty of parking.The only downfall was that the pool was closed which was due a part needed to heat the pool. Other than that, the stay was great, the staff was helpful and very friendly. I would stay again.

I loved everything. I loved the hot breakfast, comfortable bed, great people at front desk and indoor pool. Location was great. Will be coming back.

The reception on local channels: CBS, NBC, and FOX was poor. Wanted to listen to the new but too much interference in the reception

Room was nice and large, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Loved the hot tub and indoor pool.
