Good location

The room had roaches. I arrived at 2:40pm. Checkin was at 3pm. Room wasn’t ready until 3:30pm! Front desk staff said it wasn’t cleaned yet. Holes in blankets and sheets. Roaches in the room. Toilet stained and dirty. Won’t be returning. Very disappointing!

There is a train track nearby that is used quite frequently all through the night. Also, breakfast was not very good at all. Sausage was only meat option. Biscuits were dry and no grave. Oj was very watered down. No fruit options at all.

It had a microwave & refrigerator. The staff was friendly, helpful & customer focused. BUT, one room, #324 had a roach problem. My daughters found 3 in their room & killed 2; 1 ran through a hole in the closet. I killed a 4th one on the wall in the hall!

The roach problem was unnerving!!! The staff immediately moved my daughters to another room on the 2nd floor. We all slept with our suitcases closed and the lights on. Definitely not a good experience!!! We unpacked our bags in the garage at home.

right off I20. room was spacious. nice sized fridge and microwave in room. staff was super friendly. in room coffee but also at breakfast. we didn’t eat but grabbed coffee and a muffin to go. well lit parking lot

our room was above the entrance. people checking in late had a very noisy truck and car doors opening and closing. would maybe not stay in room 203. the bed sheets kept popping off the mattress….slightly annoying. not many take away food options at the exit.

The staff were extremely friendly, considerate, and personal. The room was absolutely perfect; I wish I could have stayed longer! I definitely plan on returning!

The rooms are listed as sound proof, but I could hear the ice machine in the hall and elevator -- my room was diagonally from the machines. However the bed and bedding was so comfortable, I slept through the night with no problems, just those first few minutes. Outside of that, I have no real complaints about the facility. It's probably the best hotel I have stayed, so far.

Nice, clean, well-furnished room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate with egg omelette, waffle, cereal, and coffee. Perfect location for us. Fairly quiet.

The room had a very musty smell and windows didn’t open. A train went by and blew its whistle every morning about 3am - I never heard it because we kept the AC/fan on all night for white noise, but my husband did. He also heard a dog barking one morning early in a neighboring room.I missed having fresh fruit or yogurt at breakfast. I also would have liked the USB plug ins most models have. Internet was weak and I had to enter the insecure WiFi paper every time I logged in to my phone.

Plenty of parking. Good Free breakfast. The General Manager of this property is great! She was a pleasure to work with.
