The hotel is in a great location close to many restaurants. The room is small but great design. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels, which was a plus. The bathroom also has the best lotion and body wash.

The breakfast is wonderful - many items to choose from and a large area to eat. The rooms that are suites are very comfortable and spacious to spread out. The staff was very friendly and the front desk always had a staff member there. Plenty of parking.

Good location, quite new but poorly designed. Towels were wonderful. There was seriously 1/4 inch of space between bathroom door and sink enclosure. Breakfast was very-y-y-y lacking on first day, worse on second day.

Although a little challenging checking in and the TV only worked with Chromecast HOWEVER the location to ASU, the amenities and the presence of WHOLE FOODS on the first floor of the building makes SONDER an excellent choice.

Nice to have a real kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub was hot. Pool was refreshingly cool. Handy to be over a Whole Foods since there was no restaurant onsite. I guess if I needed an apartment rather than a hotel this maybe might have worked better.

Poor customer service ruined anything good this hotel had to offer. We arrived early & emp working desk was rude & made no effort to get us into a room. We were willing to pay an early chk in fee, as this has been the case @ other hotel we've stayed at.
