Easy to find location that felt safe. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need -:TV, Fridge, Microwave, Sink, all plays bowls and utensils. The breakfast buffet in the morning is the best I've ever seen (and I travel a lot). Gym, Pool, outdoor seating and grills, pet areas. Really a great place. If I find myself near Memphis again this is where I will stay.

Overall the hotel is fine. My problem was with the first room we were given. It was like a hurricane in the room. A giant blower was drying some problem. I asked for another room & finally, after 10 minutes of arguing & calling the manager, we finally got another room. The 2nd room was everything I expected from a Home2 Suites. Breakfast was good too.

Friendly service and location
Location. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. I had a suite with complete kitchen including microwave oven, large refrigerator and cooking top. Separate seating from the bedroom area with a round table suitable for meals or visiting as well as a breakfast bar with high top chairs. Included meals were great! Staff was friendly and courteous.

The room was beautifully decorated. Clean, comfy beds and nice bathroom with good shower. The restaurants meals were delicious, plenty of of food. We had room service breakfast - big waffles and delicious pancakes and coffee. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. Conveniently located about a block away from Elvis Presley Graceland home. Entertainment center across the street which the hotel provides shuttle bus to bring you over to the museums and gift shops, and where the airplanes are located. Free peanut and jelly sandwiches served after 9 pm every night. The theatre showed an Elvis movie every night. Elvis music in the lobby. Plus they had live entertainment in the evenings. There was bar near the lobby and also in EP restaurant. Also a grab and go concession to pick up breakfast, coffee, snacks. Hotel staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions. Gift shop with Elvis souvenirs.
Absolutely loved staying at The Guesthouse. Friendly staff who were very helpful and polite. Spotlessly clean. Great gift shop, restaurants and the pool area was awesome. Right next door to Graceland and very much the full Elvis experience. I loved the movies at the theatre each night and the music playing everywhere. Was really sad to leave as it was a wonderful experience.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. It was an easy walk to Beale st. The breakfast included eggs, sausages and waffles and was hot and good. We liked everything about this hotel and would highly recommend.

Wow, could not have asked for a better experience.We came for our anniversary, and from arrival to leaving, the staff were super accommodating (So sorry for forgetting the names, but you know who you are!). We got early and planned to leave our bags, but the room was already ready, and no games were played - we got it much earlier, which we appreciated very much.The rooms are beautiful and modern, the location is perfect, right in downtown, very walkable to all the main attractions. The Gym was a really great added bonus.The hotel bar and coffee are perfect - you don't really need to find a bar when you have such cocktails and coffee right downstairs.But really, it was all about the people. The hotel staff, the barista, the barman - You made our stay.Highly recommended.

The room was beautifully decorated. Clean, comfy beds and nice bathroom with good shower. The restaurants meals were delicious, plenty of of food. We had room service breakfast - big waffles and delicious pancakes and coffee. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. Conveniently located about a block away from Elvis Presley Graceland home. Entertainment center across the street which the hotel provides shuttle bus to bring you over to the museums and gift shops, and where the airplanes are located. Free peanut and jelly sandwiches served after 9 pm every night. The theatre showed an Elvis movie every night. Elvis music in the lobby. Plus they had live entertainment in the evenings. There was bar near the lobby and also in EP restaurant. Also a grab and go concession to pick up breakfast, coffee, snacks. Hotel staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions. Gift shop with Elvis souvenirs.
Absolutely loved staying at The Guesthouse. Friendly staff who were very helpful and polite. Spotlessly clean. Great gift shop, restaurants and the pool area was awesome. Right next door to Graceland and very much the full Elvis experience. I loved the movies at the theatre each night and the music playing everywhere. Was really sad to leave as it was a wonderful experience.

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a smart tv was convenient when we came home to relax after a long day before heading out again for dinner. The staff were friendly. They had a water leak while we were there and had to turn the water off for a short time, but it was dealt with in a satisfactory time and guests were offered a free drink at the bar for the inconvenience which we appreciated. I think the staff dealt with what must have been a stressful situation very well.

Hotel seemed nice. Walked in to a couple at the bar (that looked closed) with his phone rap blasting and he was rapping it out with it. No one else was in this quiet lobby besides the front desk lady. There was an off feeling. Like the worker was uncomfortable but didn’t wanna say anything. Anyway, I came back down 30 min later and they were gone. Just had a strange vibe to the whole situation. Our room was amazing. The shower was GREAT with plenty of hot water! Loved the room!!!!

Wow, could not have asked for a better experience.We came for our anniversary, and from arrival to leaving, the staff were super accommodating (So sorry for forgetting the names, but you know who you are!). We got early and planned to leave our bags, but the room was already ready, and no games were played - we got it much earlier, which we appreciated very much.The rooms are beautiful and modern, the location is perfect, right in downtown, very walkable to all the main attractions. The Gym was a really great added bonus.The hotel bar and coffee are perfect - you don't really need to find a bar when you have such cocktails and coffee right downstairs.But really, it was all about the people. The hotel staff, the barista, the barman - You made our stay.Highly recommended.

The room was beautifully decorated. Clean, comfy beds and nice bathroom with good shower. The restaurants meals were delicious, plenty of of food. We had room service breakfast - big waffles and delicious pancakes and coffee. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. Conveniently located about a block away from Elvis Presley Graceland home. Entertainment center across the street which the hotel provides shuttle bus to bring you over to the museums and gift shops, and where the airplanes are located. Free peanut and jelly sandwiches served after 9 pm every night. The theatre showed an Elvis movie every night. Elvis music in the lobby. Plus they had live entertainment in the evenings. There was bar near the lobby and also in EP restaurant. Also a grab and go concession to pick up breakfast, coffee, snacks. Hotel staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions. Gift shop with Elvis souvenirs.
Absolutely loved staying at The Guesthouse. Friendly staff who were very helpful and polite. Spotlessly clean. Great gift shop, restaurants and the pool area was awesome. Right next door to Graceland and very much the full Elvis experience. I loved the movies at the theatre each night and the music playing everywhere. Was really sad to leave as it was a wonderful experience.

Absolutely loved staying at The Guesthouse. Friendly staff who were very helpful and polite. Spotlessly clean. Great gift shop, restaurants and the pool area was awesome. Right next door to Graceland and very much the full Elvis experience. I loved the movies at the theatre each night and the music playing everywhere. Was really sad to leave as it was a wonderful experience.

Wow, could not have asked for a better experience.We came for our anniversary, and from arrival to leaving, the staff were super accommodating (So sorry for forgetting the names, but you know who you are!). We got early and planned to leave our bags, but the room was already ready, and no games were played - we got it much earlier, which we appreciated very much.The rooms are beautiful and modern, the location is perfect, right in downtown, very walkable to all the main attractions. The Gym was a really great added bonus.The hotel bar and coffee are perfect - you don't really need to find a bar when you have such cocktails and coffee right downstairs.But really, it was all about the people. The hotel staff, the barista, the barman - You made our stay.Highly recommended.

Location. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. I had a suite with complete kitchen including microwave oven, large refrigerator and cooking top. Separate seating from the bedroom area with a round table suitable for meals or visiting as well as a breakfast bar with high top chairs. Included meals were great! Staff was friendly and courteous.

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a smart tv was convenient when we came home to relax after a long day before heading out again for dinner. The staff were friendly. They had a water leak while we were there and had to turn the water off for a short time, but it was dealt with in a satisfactory time and guests were offered a free drink at the bar for the inconvenience which we appreciated. I think the staff dealt with what must have been a stressful situation very well.

Hotel seemed nice. Walked in to a couple at the bar (that looked closed) with his phone rap blasting and he was rapping it out with it. No one else was in this quiet lobby besides the front desk lady. There was an off feeling. Like the worker was uncomfortable but didn’t wanna say anything. Anyway, I came back down 30 min later and they were gone. Just had a strange vibe to the whole situation. Our room was amazing. The shower was GREAT with plenty of hot water! Loved the room!!!!

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a free welcome drink, and had breakfast in the morning. The coffee was the best we had on our travels and the food was great! Again, staff were the best!

Conveniently located about a block away from Elvis Presley Graceland home. Entertainment center across the street which the hotel provides shuttle bus to bring you over to the museums and gift shops, and where the airplanes are located. Free peanut and jelly sandwiches served after 9 pm every night. The theatre showed an Elvis movie every night. Elvis music in the lobby. Plus they had live entertainment in the evenings. Wow, could not have asked for a better experience.We came for our anniversary, and from arrival to leaving, the staff were super accommodating (So sorry for forgetting the names, but you know who you are!). We got early and planned to leave our bags, but the room was already ready, and no games were played - we got it much earlier, which we appreciated very much.The rooms are beautiful and modern, the location is perfect, right in downtown, very walkable to all the main attractions. The Gym was a really great added bonus.The hotel bar and coffee are perfect - you don't really need to find a bar when you have such cocktails and coffee right downstairs.But really, it was all about the people. The hotel staff, the barista, the barman - You made our stay.Highly recommended.
