the moment we stepped off of the elevator there was a stale odor, the carpet in our room had not been vacuumed there was debris on the floor. the room did not smell fresh it had a chemical smell trying to cover up years of odor.

This Hotel was a very nice place to spend the night north Mississippi. The rooms was clean and the bed was comfortable although I was a little disappointed that there was not a hot breakfast available.

Nothing. We got our room and there was dirt all over the tile floors, hair on the bathroom counter and in the tub. The place was filthy. I told the front desk and they did nothing. I told them more than once. The Wi-Fi did not work.

It's beautiful, very grand! Staff is very friendly and professional. The deli has wonderful desserts and complimentary coffee in the mornings. Room 427, the room and the bathroom in 427 were wonderfully large! Great for a family of 4!
