Things I liked best were that you could control the thermostat, the room was clean, checkout was 11:30, and the location was good. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the A-Pines restaurant across the street was an added bonus.

Having a comfortable room right on the lake.
Great room fireplace, balcony etc. but it was hot all of the time. We turned off the heat and still hot. We had to open balcony in 20 degree weather to cool off.
It was beautiful! The outdoor, heated pool and hot tub are amazing and the rooms are spacious and gorgeous.

The location is perfect, the staff were friendly and accommodating; pricing was very fair. Kids had a great time in the water park pool, breakfast bar had wonderful selections.
The Waterpark was fun!
The hotel has a large common area with plenty of tables and chairs for use during the day. The waterpark has great slides for the kids and separate hot tubs for the kids and adults which is really nice.

The waterpark is a lot of fun for kids, but it is not as clean as it should be. Pools and hot tub need a good cleaning. They are under-staffed, could lead to safety concerns with the water slides - people starting way too soon after the last person.

I shouldn¿t let the cat out f the bag, but this place is clean, safe, courteous, good location and had a nice breakfast. They even helped us get an additional night on our stay with the hotel being booked up all weekend. Very good staff.

I love this hotel! I have been going here since I was a small child and it was nice going back. The remodel is nice - I used to go when the pool was in the center of the rooms. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was tasty.
