- Staff and the comfortable bed!
- The waterpark is a lot of fun for kids, but it is not as clean as it should be. Pools and hot tub need a good cleaning. They are under-staffed, could lead to safety concerns with the water slides - people starting way too soon after the last person.

- Breakfast could use some more options, asking for an omelet to warm up wasn't ideal.
- pretty disappointed that there was hardly anyone staying here and I went to use the hot tub at 9:05 and the person working the front desk would not allow me to use the pool stating ¿The pool closes at 9pm for adults¿. Customer service should come 1st
- No outside food or drink allowed in the waterpark is quite inconvenient. I could understand no alcohol or glass containers, but needing to purchase their food and drinks all day is pricey, and running back and forth to the room is inconvenient.
