Pros +

  • New and Great Layout/Style Great location and staff.
  • The views from our room were spectacular! The room itself was beautiful. Loved the fireplace and sitting on the deck.
  • It was beautiful! The outdoor, heated pool and hot tub are amazing and the rooms are spacious and gorgeous.

Cons -

  • No privacy in main living area (no window coverings) makes it uncomfortable as you can see right in each unit and super bright at night. Also, there is a $200 per night charge required held until checkout which was not advertised.
  • There was a window left open and when we arrived in our room there were dead bugs everywhere. Also live ones flying all around room.
  • We had a negative experience with a staff member. Our jacuzzi tub jet got stuck spraying all over the room and we had water everywhere. Rather than get more towels (ever), she spent 1/2 hour on the phone over-exaggerating the situation to her manager.

Great room fireplace, balcony etc. but it was hot all of the time. We turned off the heat and still hot. We had to open balcony in 20 degree weather to cool off.
I appreciate the fact that during the pandemic no room service was supplied. But that is not the case now. I do not want to stay in hotels anymore that have me track down maids in the hall to get new supplies of towels, coffee etc. and empty trash cans
