Wye is family owned and is very responsive to the needs of their clients who look for basic rest from their travels: good living space, tv & internet, & rest for the night at a fair price. Beds are comfortable: sheets are smooth and pillows are very nice.

Nothing I refused to stay amd the owner refused to refund my money stating "what did u expect for --- dollars" very rude and the hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures they are advertising...I told him that's false advertisement and he was very rude

Nothing. The hotel was horrible, no breakfast like advertised, no pool like advertised and the elevator was out of service! Our fire alarm in the room was even broke with live wires hanging from the ceiling.

I stayed in a brand-new completely remodel room for three nights. I?ll brand-new furnishings beds, bathroom even the heat and air conditioner unit was brand new. I think they?re rating should be much higher personally staff was very friendly.
