Cons -

  • The price point did not match the hotel. We had a tv that had major issues with the color and was on the way out, the fridge in the room did not work,
  • Even on the 3rd floor, bright lights were shining in all night because there wasn?t sufficient window covering, which interfered with sleep all night. There were several dead insects in the room. There was no way to adjust the shower temperature.
  • when trying to book direct, it wanted me to sign up as a reward member
