Comfort Inn & Suites near Route 66

Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast was fairly basic but adequate and offering hot options which I always like. Price very reasonable as well.

Staff was really nice and friendly, hotel was clean. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable the only problem we had was not enough wash cloths in room.

No food that late in hotel to eat.

The location was good. Quiet. Right by a Starbucks and other places if you need things. Not far from Springfield which is what we wanted.

We had our 2 dogs with us and figured that we would probably get a "dog" room, even though we booked one of the upgraded rooms with more space for an additional price. This usually just means it's not the most updated room. Totally fine, it doesn't have to be cute for us. We can live with that. But we got an old smokers room that still really really smelled like gross old smoke. Just because we have dogs doesn't mean we should have to sleep in a smoking room. The paint was peeling off the ceiling and there was poop on the wall in the bathroom under the toilet paper. There was also a smell coming from the ice machine room that smelled like maybe something died in there. It was for sure something rotting. We usually get a lot of ice and drink a lot of cold water -- and our dogs like ice but we didn't even go in that little room it smelled so bad. The carpet was sticky. We both have CPAP machines and when we got them home we had to let them run for a full 24 hours to get the smell of the hotel out - if you use a CPAP you know what I'm talking about. I don't know what the regular rooms look like or if that is a regular room. But honestly, I didn't like it and I was glad we were only there for one night.

Breakfast was much above other facilities. Staff very friendly.

Location was nice it was nearby alot of places.

My room smelled of a foot odor and I arrived so late I did not have the energy to ask for help. The breakfast was not good. The customers above my room stomped and and ran over my head all night. I was not able to get any sleep. The woman at that front desk was no help. I asked her several times for the email to the general manager and she was stalling. Instead she was outside smoking a cigarette. The toilet flooded.

Quiet good location and reasonable price! Friendly and helpful staff. EXCELLENT breakfast!

They couldn’t help it but the cold broke a water line to pool and hot tub so couldn’t use

Comfortable, good location, well priced.

It seems like it is time for some renovations and updates. I wish hotels would return to daily cleaning-- at least for garage. The rooms are small and 3 days is too long not to have garbage service.

Staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Room was very comfortable.

I explained we had a small pet travelling with us. The day we checked in was when I received a msg saying the hotel pet fee is $75! I could not cancel the room because it was no-refundable When I checked in I told the staff this fee was outrageous!
