- The bath tub was filthy, the room stank of smoke and weed, it was freezing and just overall not clean. I had accidentally booked an extra room and I called within 5 minutes to cancel it and they refused. Very irritated. The guy struggled with English
- No hot water. Let the water run for 10 minutes with no change. Waste of water as well
