Great location and great value. Driving from NWA to Chicago and this was the perfect stopover. It’s an introvert/autistic’s dream! No manned desk, all self check in with clear, specific instructions, and clean/simple rooms. Nothing fancy, but so convenient, and solid quality.

Quiet room with a comfortable bed.

A bit too hot. We had to set or air-conditioner low to offset the hall and general hot temperature. The general hall, etc thermostat was set to 79 deg f.

No staff at location. However, reach out via text, was responsive, professional and kind. Great place to stay

The rooms are very clean and quiet. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The location was great. It is right off the highway, across the street from a great restaurant, and very close to the American Giants and local museums.

I found the inn to be very accommodating with especially friendly service. The check-in process was easy and uncomplicated. The room was clean and quiet with nice amenities. Easy location to access. Thank you, Grace!

The location was very good and the hotel was very clean and felt very safe. I was a little skeptical about completely contactless checkin but honestly … it works! I couldn’t be happier about my stay. Btw when you’re in town eat at Chubby’s.

I really have no complaints

It was great. Yes it’s contactless and there is no one physically running a front desk but it’s not difficult to check in or get your key, it’s just entering a code. Very clean, quiet and great location.

The place was very nice and very well organised. It was so easy to check in with the instructions received. The room was spacious and clean.

The information was sent by text message to my phone and it's not always easy to use the phone in another country. I did have a local eSIM installed but only for data. I would suggest that whatsapp is used in the future or email.
