The staff was incredible, we checked in who was extremely helpfull the entire 9 days that we were at the property. The lady at the concierge was always helfull and really nice, we checked out chairs, umbrellas and even an underwater camera.

The hospitality was wonderful. The grounds and room are suburb. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate you.!the hotel and property is gorgeous. They let us check in very easy, gave us champagne and macadamia nuts.

This is a lovely small hotel with all of the amenities of a large resort. Beautiful beach access. Lovely rooms. The staff greeted us at check in with gorgeous fresh flower leis. Their Red Salt Restaurant had fabulous breakfast and dinner. We loved it

The value. The room we stayed in wasn't cheap by any means but it was reasonably priced. When we actually entered the unit we were absolutely blown away by how big and nice this room was for the price we paid.
The women working in reception were absolutely fantastic! We also enjoyed relaxing in the chairs and watching the waves. As family members of disabled people, we were delighted to see a fully accessible main bathroom.

It¿s a great hotel . Brand new ( 1 year old). Very green, sexy hotel. Beautiful lush greenery. We did not use training facility but it looked good . Beach had beautiful amenities. They serve food and drink on the beach. Room was spacious, nice view.
The location was very nice. Right off of the beach and a very short drive to the city center for gas and snacks, a few more miles and you can get to some nice scenic overlooks.

Spanning Moloaa Bay to Hanalei Bay, this scenic area perched along Kauai's north shore features fantastic golf. Visitors find themselves near Waioli Beach Park, where they can catch one of many surfing contests held at the beach park or opt for sunbathing and beachwalking at the picturesque spot. While beautiful, Hanalei Bay can be a hazardous spot for less experienced surfers because of its strong currents, particularly during the winter months.

All of the spacious suites at The Cliffs at Princeville include 2 private balconies with panoramic garden views and free Wi-Fi. Guests can cook a full gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchens and then enjoy their meal in the dining area. A TV, an iPod docking station and a washer and tumble dryer are provided in each suite. Guests of The Cliffs have access to 2 tennis courts, a half-court basketball court, a pickleball court, 2 shuffleboard courts and a children's playground. A concierge service is available to assist guests with all things Kauai, including recreational activities and special requests. For golf enthusiasts, a putting green with a sand trap is available. Guests can also hire bikes to explore the surrounding area or work out in the fitness center. Hanalei Bay and the Na Pali Coastline are within 10 minutes’ drive away from this resort. Lihue Airport is 48 minutes’ drive away.
The value. The room we stayed in wasn't cheap by any means but it was reasonably priced. When we actually entered the unit we were absolutely blown away by how big and nice this room was for the price we paid.
The women working in reception were absolutely fantastic! We also enjoyed relaxing in the chairs and watching the waves. As family members of disabled people, we were delighted to see a fully accessible main bathroom.
