- This property does not have air conditioning, just box fans and ceiling fans. It did get warm in the rooms. One of the bedroom televisions was broken and unable to be repaired during our stay, but the living room television and master bedroom television worked after being reset by the facilities person. I also don't like that they try to talk you into attending a timeshare sales event. There is also no beach or shore access from this property.

Excellent location with very large rooms, a full kitchen, and laundry facilities. The balcony included lounge chairs and a dining area overlooking the ocean with beautiful views. There was a small pool and jacuzzi also overlooking the ocean. Amazing sunrise views!
