For a 3 star hotel, I would expect a showerhead that was not broken; it kept sliding down the pole it was attached to. And I could not close the heavy blind, it was broken as well. Which made it difficult to sleep in.

I stay here every time I fly out early morning from BDL. The 5 minute drive to the airport is SO stress releaving. I had the first floor near my car and the night clerk was helpful. The rooms are newly updated and clean, I don't ask for more from a motel.
