The size of the room, cleanliness, and available facilities. I absolutely loved having decaf coffee available 24/7!

Would have liked breakfast, but there was food to purchase, which was not too expensive. Plus, the location was close to restaurants. The fan did not work in our bathroom.

This was a decent hotel for the price, very quiet. Location was perfect for our activities.

Unfortunately, the A/C didn't work at all..even after asking what to do it would not cool our room below 76 degrees. The hot water was good, water pressure needs work! Loved having a fridge and ice maker!

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. I so enjoyed the stay I should have stayed an extra day. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. I truly enjoyed the family reunion and were so glad we chose to stay at this hotel instead of the family reunion hotel. Thank you for the great service.

The only complaint I have is that the garbage was not taken out of our room. I understand not making beds and replacing towels but garbage should have been taken out.

I think the location is perfect. It feels like you’re downtown without actually being in the middle of downtown.

I don’t like the fact you don’t serve breakfast.

very clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. the full kitchen that came with cookware and utensils was amazing. the room itself was perfect! convenient location if you’re looking to be close to downtown.

the check in area is a little cramped and awkward, and the location is a little sketchy at first.

Someone in a room next to us or above us was yelling and fighting all night long. Which is not the fault of the hotel, but it did make it tough to fall asleep.

Extremely spacious room. We had the 2 bedroom king with sleep sofa. Didn’t really use but nice seating area and kitchen. Large tvs (3)

Stayed here a couple times while getting child treatments and surgery at Riley Children's Hospital. The staff are always polite and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel.
