Clean. Staff was exceptionally nice and polite.
Check out 30 min grace. At 10:30 we’re preparing to check out and finalizing items which however items still were in the room. No biggie. However the banging on the door from housekeeping was very unprofessional with her backpack on still. Meanwhile, after stating we’re getting everything give us a moment. Then again knocking. So inconsiderate. Felt like we didn’t matter as patrons. I could see if we were problematic or disturbing others and now we have to vacate premises. Not happy.

The location to the strip was convenient, and the price was not bad at all. Room was clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable.
We requested a crib online when booking, wasnt there when we got there. So we requested it again. Said they would bring it up, never came up, requested it a 3rd time..eventually it was delivered by like 12am or so. By then we were all alseep, and of course our little one was already asleep too, so we ended up not using it.Kids wished the pool was deeper..haha

- Good hotel for a short stay right on the Strip- Brand New Fitness Center - Very kind personnel
- cleaning of the rooms planned only every 4 days or so- rooms are quite small for 2 persons- the pool area could benefit from renovations

Great location, close to the strip without having to navigate through a casino. Rooms are spacious and are equipped with everything you need. Beds were comfortable enough. Close to Walgreens to grab what you need. Liked having a laundry on each floor.

We liked the valet parking. All of the guys were super nice and helpful. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
We dreaded taking the elevators because they were so slow. They made us late to dinner a few times.

Very comfortable room with convient kitchenette. Excellent location on the strip but very quiet despite that. Friendly, helpful staff.

You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
