Wide variety of dining options. Very clean.

Had we known there were outdoor concerts we likely would have stayed elsewhere. Very disruptive for those who go to bed early.

Chill atmosphere, live music, excellent restaurant options (Lotus and Naxos will be missed)

Rooms should come with a refrigerator. When I called housekeeping to ask for one, the AI told me that the front desk would deliver and add a fee to our room before hanging up. Fridge was not delivered.

It was close to a lot of stuff, very clean, very friendly staff. The casino was really nice too

all inclusive can do many things from Gamble swim, lay out, bowl, watch movies, eat, drink, watch sports

room was so far from elevator. like 500+ steps and I'm 6'4". was my only complaint. they really should add a elevator in-between. poor design if you ask me

I didn’t like that it was $15 a day to rent a fridge which were not even available. Or the $50 a day pool fee. Or that they had to hold $450 for a week

Our experience in the Lucky Penny for breakfast was not good. Our waitress at least attempted to fix it by crediting my husband’s meal. Also, they were not clear at check in regarding the resort fees we had to pay at check out.

Staff, cleanliness, location

The marble flooring and decor are nice but a bit outdated

Very dirty, smells like cigs and mildew, carpet is old and worn. Basically looks like it’s been worn out and not maintained

This hotel had everything I needed. Food and activities. Free parking.

The pool closed at 7. I was so busy and when I got back to the hotel the pool was always closed.

Shower and floors weren't clean. Found someone's false eyelashes in the shower.

Had a butler never returned after I tipped him. No one was at VIP services.

Beautiful location away from the strip, huge pool area, gorgeous view of Red Rock Canyon

We had a repeated snafu with the bath tub and shower mechanisms.? Handle for tub completely came off, shower had to be fooled with repeatedly to get even warm water, even after they came up tor reset it.

Spacious feel, staff was helpful,

in room amenities all were an extra charge, including fridge. Rooms showing signs of wear, carpet, plumbing fixtures worn, outlets worn.

Pool and location

I had a very disappointing experience. I left some clothes in the closet of the room and they were NOT returned to me.

Great view of the mountains. Plenty to do on site. Great staff. Beautiful rooms and pool area.

The new variety of machines are great. Good use of tech throughout.

The base spa amenities (steam, sauna, hot tub, lockers, products) used to be included in the resort fee but are now a separate charge.

Clean, Modern and Spacious, Well-Appointed Room. Staff was very courteous, professional and friendly. Amenities were nice and adequate for the size of the property.

Main Pool was not heated, which I found odd for this time of year (and website said it was).
