- It was not a 4 star hotel. It was a motel. It was old and tired. I felt duped. Did not meet the expectations of the description given. It was being renovated and the office was located in a room directly across from mine.
- NO ELEVATOR!! Under some kind of repair/construction. No real check in. Makeshift area used. Staff not friendly. Smelled like mold. DEFINITELY not a 4 star Hotel. Pictures deceiving.
- Ice machine not on same level as room, no freezer in the fridge

Restaurant was very good.
Not a fan of exterior doors. Prefer hotel interior doors. Earlier pool hours would have been nice.

Renovation work takes place daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. until November 2025. During this time, there may be some construction noise. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and offer our heartfelt thanks for your patience and support as we work to bring you refreshed and more comfortable accommodations." The hotel and Miller’s Restaurant remain open throughout the renovation period. However, the indoor swimming pool and fitness center are temporarily closed. Renovation work takes place daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and will continue until December 2025. Guests may notice some construction noise during the day A damage deposit of CAD 200.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
