- Too many things to list. Stained beds, a/c plugged and leaked water all over the floor soaking the entire carpet. Bugs in the beds, nonworking elevator, sheets covered in hair prior to arrival, no comforters just sheets,terrible stench in whole building

- Dirty floor, uncleaned mess outside our door for 3 days. One good mattress, one horrible mattress that was not replaced. Waiting list for a different room which never materialized.
