Credit Card / Debit Policy Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay plus $100 CAD to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, and then the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. We no longer accept cash deposits or debit cards at check-in. Payment Policy If you are paying by credit card or have a prepaid reservation, you must provide the card and matching photo identification at check-in. Please note that we only accept valid government id with photo and valid address. (e.g. Driver’s license). We do not accept expired ID or digital ID. Pet Policy Pets are allowed. $20.00 CAD per night on select rooms depending on availability. Refundable deposit of $200.00 CAD per stay. A maximum of 60 pounds and 2 pets per room. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
