- It was clean, comfortable and nice.
- We didn’t have to camp.
- Helpful staff; cleaness; vibe
Cons -
- The location is a little difficult to get to with the one way streets and finding the parking underground.
- Sink in room leaked so badly that it soaked bath towels underneath sink. Mentioned to staff but they did not seemed surprised or offer any compensation. Staff suggested going to another floor to find ice machine that actually worked. Very dated.
- Vanity too small, washroom could use more space--not great for family. Parking location is a bit confusing

It was ok until some people were banging at door after midnight
No safety no cameras some were wondering around knocking at doors several times
