- The room was very dark. There was not enough light in it after the sun went down. It made me want to bring my own lamp from home. I like a bigger hotel with a lot of stores in it. Also, the personnel who operated the restaurant at night where rather rude
- I am very satisfied with the service and the hotel facilities; only the price of breakfast is a bit expensive.

The location is fantastic, and the falls view room was phenomenal.

Everything was great except for housekeepers
We had no housekeeping service our entire stay. I reported to front desk n someone came at 10:30 pm to make our bed n pickup trash. We refused

Location
Employees with heavy accents made it hard to understand the English. $50- Daily parking fee and the pool/hot tub is a smaller size. We checked at different times but were unable to utilize because it was crowded.
