- We had no housekeeping service our entire stay. I reported to front desk n someone came at 10:30 pm to make our bed n pickup trash. We refused
- Employees with heavy accents made it hard to understand the English. $50- Daily parking fee and the pool/hot tub is a smaller size. We checked at different times but were unable to utilize because it was crowded.
- We had charges made to our bill without forewarning and, on checkout, was told the bill had all been paid. Only found out about the extra fees once we received the emailed receipt- not happy. Room did not have 'real' cups and spoons for coffee or tea
