- Clean. Complimentary coffee/ tea / fruit available at all times . Very reasonable breakfast
- Good location, very clean and friendly staffs. Reasonable price in the summer time in Banff area.
- A convenient location in town.
Cons -
- Hotel is right by train track and train pass by every hour starting 5am. Room temperature is hard to adjust too. None of our family of 4 have good sleep over the 2-night stay.
- The noise of the many trains, the poor cable service
