- The staff are nice, hotel is clean , excellent services.
- Excellent staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, fitness center sufficient for a short two day stay, hotel is a 10 minute walk to Chinatown.

- We had a booking but when we went to enter our room using our key card the door was secured by the clasp from the inside and a female voice objected to our attempted entry. It took at least an hour for us to finally be assigned another room.

The room was good and the beds were comfy.

The staff were incredible! Check in staff was very friendly and I had to check out by 5am and even that early in the morning staff were friendly and helpful. Was within direct walking distance (2 minutes) to a music venue for a concert I attended.
