- The staff was very very rude. Mistaken my husband's disability, saying he was intoxicated when he had 2 strokes & a heart attack which made him legally blind. Didn't give back my full damage deposit, kept threating to call the cops. Pathetic staff.

The breakfast that came included with the room was actually pretty good! They had some hot breakfast items and an omelette station in addition to your typical continental breakfast, which was greatly appreciated.
Our room wasn’t the cleanest, smelt like an old smoking room, and the AC was quite loud. The shower wall had hair stuck to it and a used bar of soap that wasn’t thrown away.

Everything, the room, was clean, the beds weren't queen but were comfortable and quiet. The staff was courteous and friendly.
I booked through booking.com, I was positive on my booking but was told I was wrong. I didn't ask about a senior's discount. Next time, I'll research rates more, and I was shocked I had to put up a damage deposit . Usually, they just take my credit card number .

Basic, this hotel is tired. But bed was comfy.
This was the best breakfast I've had at a Best Western - besides all the expected hot and cold selections, including French toast, there was a station for custom made omelets. Another bonus was the use of real dishes and cutlery. No paper plates or disposable cutlery here! The room was spacious and clean.
This was more in an industrial area than in downtown. However, there were some food and a beverage options (which we didn't visit) within walking distance. Not quite enough on-site surface parking for the guests at times.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff was so polite and went above and beyond helping me with luggage. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean
