- A lot of racism going on here and this was not ok. Some staff were nice but most were rude and very racist! I will be submitting a review directly with the hotel.
- The staff. Esports the bouncers & their supervisor was so rude. Then the head manger Marcus I think came out & fixed everything. But overall the hotel staff needs to be better. Also they need more random people helping guide people.
- Dirty room with garbage under dressers and in sitting area. Staff discourteous. No amenities.

The room itself was very nice and clean.

The added resort fees per day and the pay for parking per day was pretty ridiculous. Parking should be included for guests.
