Best Western Ramkota Hotel

The parking lot was terrible! Pot holes that were unbelievably huge! The hallways to get to your rooms were extremely dirty, and the pool was out of order.

There was trash in the garbage can and black mold in the toilet and the room door struggled to open

Restaurant was very good.

Noise level. Room and halls were dark. Obviously a old facility.

Restaurant and staff. Food was great

We ask for a handicap room as my husband needs the height of the toilet stool and it was a regular room. I told the girl at the front desk. She stated " it's handicap because it has bars in the shower. So wrong!!!

Refrigerator

We were there for 2 nights and they didn't service the room which is fine for towels we get that but they didn't at least empty the garbage's and remove the wet towels we had on the floor.

They had a nice pool which we didn?t get to enjoy since our stay was short. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all great.

The whole hotel smelled of dampness and mold. The room itself looked okay but the bed was damp feeling and the room smelled like old stinky moldy carpet.

location and price

heater did not work. we did not tell the desk, it was late. told them upon leaving in the morning. so can't blame the staff

Room was nice, clean with everything working including the air. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was good. Worked to accommodate us helped look at allergies on breakfast items. They kept their patience with that. Overall, I¿ll be back!

Only improvement to make allergies more clear so staff can speak to it. They referenced the bag on some items but some items such as the bread didn¿t have any nutritional info. Not sure if it is on the box instead. It¿s a kids hotel and kids have allergie

Everything was better than expected. I only gave a 9 for the room as the closet doors were off track and there was peeling paint on ceiling in bathroom. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of options. Pool area was great. We will be back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Provided a map and directions in the area.

Toilet was an issue but promptly attended to by maintenance.

They gave us a pool side room after the room they put us in had blood on the carpet by the bed.

The original room we booked had blood spots on the floor between the bed, room smelled musty and moldy. No elevator to second level only stairs.

Beds comfortable

Smoker pole outside window by door. Smoke being sucked into room.

Nice room comfy bed awesome breakfast no complaints

Very friendly, helpful person checked us in. Clean, nice room!

Has a nice restaurant and bar! Seems that hotels don¿t have a place to unwind and eat after a long day anymore. What a shame and ramkota does it right.

Could have been a better bed but it did fine

Staff was attentive to my needs

Issue with appliance that GM addressed immediately.

I liked the staff. Nice people

The pool had too much chloride and made us all red eyed and groggy. Great pool setup but they need too get the water under control. Aberdeen is pretty much a hick town and that was my experience at the hotel too. Small town drug and booze culture.

No one answered when I attempted to call the front desk from my room several times. They closed the restaurant early so room service was not available . The bathroom was in terrible condition.

Breakfast was good. Had a lot of variety and hot breakfast food too!

Hot tub wasn't working but they did tell us about that when we booked.

Atmosphere, nostalgic, beautiful swimming pool and very good breakfast.

Not really..
