The heating system didn’t work and my bedroom got down to 64°. Half the time some of the elevators weren’t working. When I asked for a broken chair to be replaced, it took a day and a half.

Less expensive than other properties near Newark Penn Station

Smoke smell in the hallways and faintly in the room.

The room smelled awful, reeking of marijuana and cigarettes, the upholstery and carpets were everywhere. We arrived very late, and the receptionist didn't even bother to say goodnight or even look at us. Rude!

False advertisement, marketing 6 am food service w/ no open kitchen or no room service despite ad.

No tissue in bathroom had to call for them to bring tissue, 2 guest there was only one rag....room had an odor..

During check-in, another hotel guest stole my phone. It had my ID and credit cards. The front desk girl claimed she never saw anything. I had to file a police report to get the manager to even respond to my concerns.

The staff were all very nice and helpful

The bedroom REEKED of cigarette smoke and was shabby -. The walls are thin and I could hear people drinking and arguing late. The entire floor if not the whole hotel could hear the woman next door to me having a very enjoyable time with her male friend.

Overall pathetic, very dirty ,small room, structural issue on toilet bowls.

Convenient location if traveling into NYC. Easy to get to Penn Station.

Staff not over welcoming. Some only speak Spanish, making it difficult to communicate at times. Hard mattress made sleeping uncomfortable. Thin walls allowed sound and smell of weed to travel.

Clean, friendly staff at front desk, easy to prudential center

Little store area closed at 6pm…. Checkin is at 4 so doesn’t give much time.

The hotel says no smoking! I was on the sixth floor and the smoke was thick you could cut it with a knife!

I liked the primary layout of the room. There was a nice view east over looking the city and a gorgeous full moon.

Location

The room was filthy. The carpet was damaged, the walls were dirty, and the bathroom was unsanitary. Housekeeping failed to clean the room before my check-in.

The view and weekly rates are sensational.

The guest coffee rooms to heat food and make tea or coffee. The microwave didn't work and although I didn't see any rodents or bugs the room lacks cleanliness. Its also not in a prime designated area which is slightly inconvenient.

It was convenient and offered shuttle service to Newark Penn Station and EWR.

Plumbing issues forced me to change rooms three times, the last time at midnight. The second room had the same problem as the first one. The final room had no issues, but the fact that it took until midnight to find a working room was problematic.

The open your door. I expected more from this hotel gave little towels had to call repeatedly for towels.

The staff was friendly, it was clean

No coffee machine in room, had to get dressed and go to lobby for coffee, one elevator working and it was slow. My card stopped working for room and elevator, but they fixed it

The Cleaning Staff and the Security were great. Some of the Front Desk were pleasent.

The Front Desk Staff upon our arrival were horrible! They put in the wrong room and refused to move back to the room that we PREPAID for. They were commenting on about every single guest that checked in and left right in front of me.. I could on and on
