- I stayed on the 14th floor and there was no hangers in the closet to even hang my jacket nor my dress clothes. No water in the room for guests.

- The man at the front desk, on the call, never acknowledged me, but was giggling on the phone after a few minutes or so. My attention to him was for a need in my room, but he was there trying to be for looks .
