- During check-in, another hotel guest stole my phone. It had my ID and credit cards. The front desk girl claimed she never saw anything. I had to file a police report to get the manager to even respond to my concerns.
- The bedroom REEKED of cigarette smoke and was shabby -. The walls are thin and I could hear people drinking and arguing late. The entire floor if not the whole hotel could hear the woman next door to me having a very enjoyable time with her male friend.
- Overall pathetic, very dirty ,small room, structural issue on toilet bowls.

Convenient location if traveling into NYC. Easy to get to Penn Station.
Staff not over welcoming. Some only speak Spanish, making it difficult to communicate at times. Hard mattress made sleeping uncomfortable. Thin walls allowed sound and smell of weed to travel.
