fairly clean and quiet
definitely not "exceptionnally clean", carpet in the hall didn't seem to be freshly vacuumed . Honestly its hard to keep a place sparkling clean when there is carpet ... also fan in bathroom was not working

Wonderful stay
Very clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and kind. Very nice pool. Pretty quiet unless you have kids upstairs. Any amenities I needed were available and the breakfast served next door was great. I felt right at home and didn't want to leave. WiFi was fast enough for me to work while I was there as well and within walking distance of bars and restaurants.
I didn't like leaving.

Great hotel!
Great hotel. Nice restaurant/bar, good rooms and very comfortable with a friendly staff.
Parking was a bit challenging, but not impossible. There were only two luggage carts for a nearly full hotel.

All in all a great trip. The location is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but I primarily interacted with a young red-haired gentleman, and he was friendly, positive, and helpful for each interaction. The location was convenient.
The shower curtain had a very strong mildew odor. I bought some perfume at Target to spray the shower curtain so it did not smell so bad. I stayed for three nights and not once did housekeeping make/change my bed or bring me clean towels.

Convienently close to KSU Campus.
Closeness to campus and to other activities I was attending.
Restaurant closed at 9pm on Friday night which seems a little early. It's an older facility so size of elevators, doors, etc is small.

Houlihan's made my stay tolerable.
The onsite restaurant named Houlihan's is the best restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of dinning at! I had the salmon and my son had their jambalaya followed by the brownie, on the first night. I had the pot roast the following night as room service. It arrived within a timely manner and the correct temperature. I cannot overstate how good Houlihan's meals are. the Location was perfect for me and housekeeping is outstanding.
I arrived around 3:45 pm on Nov 2, 2021 and seemed to be interrogated on why I was in the lobby. Once they realized I was a guest it changed a little. I did NOT have any positive interaction with lobby / front office during my stay. It always seemed I was asking the world of them. No menu was provided for room service and the phone's room service button did not work. The reason I chose this business was due to the information [Link Redacted] provided. Which was incorrect information by the way. Room service is only from 4pm until 9pm, which are the restaurant hours. Breakfast in the room is really a continental style line buffet in the restaurant for 3 hours and cost $10-$12 dollars. I called [Link Redacted] and complained about the misleading information. I might get a $28 credit.
