Location. Directly across from KSU. Quick drive to Aggieville.

Poor ventilation in the bathroom. I understand it is an old hotel and there will be mechanical issues.

The location is perfect for business on campus. The restaurant attached is very convenient.

They did not have my reservation when I arrived. Even providing the reservation number did not allow them to locate it.

One of the best hotel beds I’ve experienced.

I did not like towels. If you are tall watch out for the ceilings and doorways. I was charged for two nights and stayed only 1. The day I checked in there was a problem with their register so I will have to call and address this since the extra charge has not fallen off.

I love that there was onsite parking. The staff was friendly. Wasn't a 100% sure about check-out, breakfast, or fine details. I did like that there was an onsite laundry room. Free internet. You could take drinks up from the connected restaurant.

Only one washer and dryer in the laundry room and they weren't well kept. The entrances were kinda weird at first but manageable. Defintely needs a little touching up and upkeep. otherwise great hotel. Iron in the room was broken.

my coworker was staying there so we could ride together.

there was hair all over the bathroom. there were plastic opened used utensils on the floor. the coffee was decaf and tea. when left and expected the room to at least be freshened up they put a do not disturb sign on the door that was NOT there at 4am. the coffee was requested and it was refilled with tea. the front desk person was nowhere to be found and didn’t answer bell for 20 minutes or more.

Location is great and free parking. Having a restaurant attached to the hotel was helpful for meeting friends and clients.

Front desk told me housekeeping would not enter my room unless I requested. On the fourth day of my stay, without notice, housekeeping came into the room while I was gone.

Bed was very comfortable. Really nice that it has a restaurant attached.

Asked for extra blankets , never came . No coffee available and staff seemed bothered with asking

The AC in my room didn’t work

Quiet, but mainly because there were not many people staying. Plenty of parking room for my truck and trailer. They did offer a modest breakfast, so that was a plus in today's situation.

ice machine did not work on the floor I was on, they had coffee makers in the room, coffee yes, but nothing else so if you like cream or sweeteners, too bad. Refrigerators in the room but no microwave.

The location is great.

There were several things we didn't like, the TV would not work properly, the bathroom was extremely small and felt like the toilet was right in the middle when you were brushing your teeth, and last, the door handle kept coming off.
