The beds were comfortable. Great water pressure. Good location, easy on and off the highway. Friendly check in person.

The entire room smelled like an ash tray. I thought it was ironic that I would have been charged extra for smoking in the room but an ash tray was provided. The smell was so bad that our clothes also started smelling. You could also see the yellow smoke/nicotine dripping on the walls near the bathroom. Door seals need repaired. With the lights off in the room, there was light aging in around the door.

Room and facility was very clean. Felt safe at the facility. Big room with very comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. I stay in hotels 4-5 nights a week and was definitely impressed by the Baymont on Woodruff Rd.

No complaints at all

The location is great. It’s close to almost everything. The traffic on woodruff and having to make a loop every time you leave is pretty annoying though. The room was clean and though it was close to a heavily congested interstate and road it was very quiet.

Although the room was clean the carpeting was absolutely vile. The carpet needs to be professionally cleaned. After an hour I had ruined my slippers just walking around the room.

The location was nice

The door had a gap at the bottom, didnt seem secure enough. The bed was it itchy and hard. The room didn’t look as nice as the pictures online. I also booked a smoking room but when I got there my room was not ready so took a non smoking room.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Got a room on top floor which was very helpful because I work nights and sleep in the days when others are up and about which can interrupt sleep if they are over your head.

one towel for three days and no replacement for dry ones, no soap - there was a small piece for three days - I asked at the reception for a couple of pieces but they gave me only one and said no more is allowed, one small piece of soap for three days? a bubble in the bathroom that was scary to step on and fall through while bathing. They gave me a room near the stairs and I couldn't sleep for three days, it was very noisy, strange people were walking around there all night...

We booked last minute on way to Greenville SC, headed home from WV; and chose this Baymont by Wyndham hotel. We were greeted by a friendly front-desk clerk, and she gave us a first floor room as I had requested. the room was very spacious, comfortable; bed was wonderful--very comfy!! The room had a microwave, mini-frig, table and chairs, comfortable sitting chair, nice bathroom and bathroom amenities. No complaints at all! The breakfast the next morning was very good! Plenty of coffee, cereals, milk, bagels, muffins, whole wheat and white toast, boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt and juices. Seating was in breakfast room beside lobby. Very nice!!Also, there's a Carolina Ale House within walking distance. Good food and drink!
