Alla Rocca Conference & Restaurant is centrally located in Bazzano, a quiet town between Modena and Bologna. The hotel offers free parking and free Wi-Fi, and rooms come with a TV. Alla Rocca Hotel's spacious rooms offer SKY TV channels, together with parquet flooring and original antique pieces of furniture. The entire building is an allergy-friendly environment, with the use of carpets reduced to the minimum. The rooms at the top floor enjoy views of the surrounding Emilian countryside, with Bologna in the distance. Some rooms feature exposed wooden beams on the ceiling. The restaurant serves both international and regional cuisine in a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. Breakfast is a generous and varied buffet.

- The village this hotel is located, it's a nice place. Also, the surroundings are attractive.
Cons -
- The breakfast was the worst I ever had in the last 40 years of traveling. And the young girl serving the breakfast was far from helpful. When I asked if we can have some scrambled eggs she told me "no, the eggs are finished for today and I can eat whatever is left on the table". It was 9 AM... The options were: one type of salami, one type of ham, one cheese, two type of bread and one type of butter. That was all. The room was ok, but the bathroom door handle was coming a part and you could end up locked yourself in the bathroom. The TV almost require a Master in Electronics to turn it on. Two remote control and a full page if instructions to start the TV. But not even that is enough when the batteries of one remote control are missing.
