- Staff are nice
- Very comfortable, quiet.
- The room is equipped with a mini-fridge and a microwave. Although it's more of a motel, it's not noisy at all (I guess the doors and windows were sound-proof), we had nights of good sleep.
Cons -
- it is motel rating 1 star at most
- In the middle of the week, Montreal was hit by freezing rain and the hotel had power outage for two days, we had electricity in the room but no hot water, so we didn't take a shower for two days :(. It's also a little bit far away from tourist attractions
- bathroom too small
