Size of room

Room and hotel look very poorly maintained. Multiple light fixtures didn’t work in the room. Shower head was disgusting.

This hotel has a great location and great staff. The hotel is spacious and clean and neat. With the overall breakfast included that can save the trouble of a mother of three young kiddos with great food options and delicious as well.

You must pay for parking.

I loved the 24-hour pool and hot tub, the hot breakfast, convenient location, and great value for the price. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and once the room cooled down, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The pool chairs became extremely hot in the sun and were uncomfortable to sit on without a towel or cover. We were also disappointed that the bar was not open for lunch on weekends. When we first arrived, there was a musty smell in the room.

The location was good, the overall appearance of the hotel was nice, and the pool area was wonderful. Hot breakfast options were nice

Seven-story hotel with only one working elevator, making trips to the front desk frustrating. Key cards frequently stopped working, and staff showed little concern or effort to resolve the issue.

The location, it was near the places we were trying to visit.

The upper door lock was broken, rust on the bathroom handles, the room smelled of urine when we walked in and what looked like a poop splash on the wall behind the toilet.

i did not stay at this hotel—but i was pleased with the hotel i was moved to.

yes, the fact that they had no record of my reservation and didn’t rebook me and take that up with you guys later after i showed them my confirmation and spent 4 hours on hold trying to talk to you.

I dont like the Manila door card envelopes. And the no name coffee cups. It looks cheap to me. I was glade to see new furniture in the room I had. Thr rooms still need some updating

Location

My room had too much roaches. The tub was not clean. The bed/ room was never fix for 3 days. Breakfast was scanty. Elevator was too slow.

Convenient location, rooms are big

Bathrooms were a little dirty, not enough toiletries provided and the beds are not the most comfortable.

No housekeeping in the 3 days we were there. Always ran out of toilet paper

The pool was open 24 hours as the best ever

The bed was too old to sleep. We couldn?t sleep well they need to be change replace the beds. We have back pain and we can feel the steals from the bed. ??

Location was perfect. I love that my room was large

I did not like the small pillows. They were flat small and felt old. Not much for a comforter either very thin. There was strands of dark hair all over bed. I had to pull off before I slept.

Good price. Convenient. Nice big room.

Hoping there could have been ice water or.coffee in the lobby.

I like it's location to all highways, food and stores

O have stayed here many times and I'm not liking that they are using plain envelopees for room keys, plain styrofoam coffee cups, refilling shampoo and conditioner bottles and have changed. Their coffee. Coffee now tastes bitter.

Nice lobby, welcoming staff, the room was large and also clean. It was 10 minutes from Disney.

The pool and the beds were comfortable.

The hot tub was occupied by a guy who didn't even stay at the hotel. He was there all day and made us not want to use it.
