Comfort Inn

Breakfast, staff

Old, smells, carpet smells, hallways from 1920s, rooms big enough but claustrophobic, one old mattress should be replaced. Price$$$ stayed Saturday night.

The bathroom has been redone in order to be easy to clean, and it shows very nice and very clean. The show head is like at home there is pressure A++ Breakfast was nice and much better than any McDonald's lol Keep up the good work.

Friendly staff, clean big room, recently renovated bathroom, amazing shower, surprisingly delicious breakfast that was included in room price.

It just has been all renovated, matrass are also almost new and really comfortable, and the staffs are nice and do care for the guests needs. It is quiet. A good and generous continental breakfast is included in the price.

NO ! Nothing.

Comfortable and clean as usual. Staffs were very polite.

Minor: AC is a little bit loud

The property is clean, spacious, and good friendly staff.

Great location clean and good service

Staff was very friendly.Breakfasts were very good with plenty of choices.Beauce region is beautiful.Plenty of restaurants near by.Room was spacious and clean.Bed was very comfortable.

Hard to get into the parking lot from the road.

The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very nice

They didn’t make the bed every day and they didn’t change the towel every day we have to ask and beg for it

Clean and staff amazing! I broke my boots and needed glue and they didn’t have any…but when I came back from diner, they had some for me waiting at the front desk!! Above and beyond good service. Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Adjacent to a very good and popular rotisserie! Convenient!

Passable

The price for one night to sleep was very expensive . We traveled by snowmobile and like to leave early to support a local snowmobile club to eat at their place, and didn't eat the breakfast here but still were charged for it.

Confortable good size room. Convenient restaurant attached.

Busy street. Can hear some traffic from room.

generally, you can always count on Comfort Inn for a specific quality of room and facilities.

Noisy neighbours in next room. Four drunken roommates kept my grandkids from sleeping. this impacted my entire stay. Don’t rent rooms to « partying people «  right next to family people. Also, the party people left beer bottles in the outside terrace which weren’t picked up until 24 hours later. And of the party people, someone puked on the outside 2e floor veranda AND it wasn’t cleaned up until we’ll after I informed the front desk!! very gross!!

I always stay here when I’m in town. it’s a great location and value. super clean and comfortable

this time, the breakfast was mediocre at best. they seem to have new breakfast staff that aren’t quite trained

Nice breakfast, pleasant staff and clean.

No refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker. For an overnight its fine, but not for a week or more. Service room only when asked. Garbage bags remained in hall for couple days.

The location is great. Its close to restaurants. The staff is great. The room is good sized and clean. They serve warm breakfast with a good variety.

The bed size is a little small. I would have preferred queen size beds.

The breakfast was decent- not quite as good as on previous visits but still good Great place to stay overall. Perfect location for us, and nice updated room

cleaness, the hotel suit was very comfortable

there were no water bottles in the room so you have to drink the bathroom tap water

The staff waa wonderful and very accommodating towards our needs. The beds were comfy and the pillow amazing. The breakfast was good as well.

Love the location

The room stunk like mold to high heaven and had a dehumidifier. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of wood!!
