- The staff are extraordinarily nice and helpful. No excuses. If something needs to be done, everyone is empowered to make it happen.
- Wonderful in all aspects.
- We love everything about the Broadmoor.
Cons -
- The 20% mandatory tipping on everything kind of rubbed me the wrong way.
- Room 1802 was a bit odd. Two double beds in a huge room. Why not queen beds? Also, there is a door that gives unrestricted access to 1801.
