Everything! The staff is just absolutely fantastic and always make guests feel welcomed and well cared for! Rooms are so comfortable and well appointed and always so much to do if you want to (or just relax). Restaurants were top notch and such a great variety of options. Concierge text option was also incredibly helpful
It would be hard to find anything. I would only suggest hooks for towels need the shower but that is all!

The staff was friendly and courteous. The entire hotel was very clean and kept. There's plenty to do in the hotel itself, but quite a few activities nearby as well (Pikes peak, Manitou Cliff dwellings, Seven falls). The resort has shuttles that can take you to nearby places. All the restaurants offer great food and drinks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience
