The room we got was a far cry from the pictures on their website. We booked a 2 queen beds room, the bed were full size, not queen. One of the bed was broken, the platform was the wrong size for the mattress, and it doesn't stay on the platform.

The bathroom was the most discusting I have ever seen. I was scared to even use it. We did not dare to set our feet in the bathroom or the bathtub. It was extremely discusting. The entire room was reeked with bleach smell. We had to open the window becaus

Yes, I could not get in my room. My keys would light but the door would not open. The front desk person tried his best to get me in but he could not get the door open. I was without my meds and dog supplies.

Staff was rude, room was dirty and my door lock battery died locking me out of the room for 45 min. Staff was incompetent and the GM was rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone or stay there again. Stay away!!!!

I'm a truck driver and when I treat myself to a hotel, I expect a laundry room with working washers and dryers and, most importantly, ICE!! BOTH DID NOT EXIST!!!

Nothing. I had no hot water and when I went to call downstairs to the front office, the phone in the room did not work so I used my cell phone. I told the person to please bring a room key to place us in a different room that had hot water.

He did not call me, we waited in the room that we were not staying in for 10 minutes only to pack our things and go to the front office and see him just chatting with one of the employees rather than preparing a different room key. I told him to cancel
