Room lay out, proximity to town, family friendly

slow check in but we did get complimentary drinks so that made up for it. I get it's peak season but $600 a night for Port Macq seems a little high

property was good no fitness center but not a big deal. Two false fire alarms in the middle of the night.

The staff weren’t helpful issue with TV told turn it off an back on. There wasn’t anywhere to turn it off and back on from. It would have been better is they sent someone to check. Asked for late checkout and lady at receptions said no which is ok if they were fully booked but they had spare rooms. Also asked if there was anywhere to shower if we used the pool after checkout she said she didn’t know and to go and check toilets if there was a shower. Really poor customer service and very lazy staff.
