Very comfortable sheets and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Quiet room. Delicious breakfast. Everthing is suberb in this hotel.

The only thing I didnt like was the bathroom shower because it has low pressure.

Great location in the city, easy access to Riverwalk and surrounding restaurants.

Our room did NOT have a working refrigerator, had to get another portable refrigerator installed.

Staff are really really nice. Location is perfect. Valet parking is convenient. The room is clean.

The construction nearby is very noisy. The elevator is out of capacity for the weekend visit. They don’t have breakfast area. The 1st floor Starbucks is expensive.

The room that we booked was decent looking with a balcony giving you an access view to the city/construction area. Interior design was kind of outdated. The pillows were nice and fluffy. The mattress was okay but wasn’t the best. There was a giant door that leads you to the riverwalk so that was a big difference and saves you a lot of time. Overall, our stay was good even just for a night. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean. Nosie wasn't an issue at all. I like how there was plenty of towels. Its on the river walk so we had easy access to the bars and restaurants nearby. Valet was also great since there's no parking lot nearby.

The pool!! It needs a lot of work. The water level in the pool was low, there was dirt or pieces of grout in the pool which made it hard to stand up in certain areas of the pool. Not very clean in or out the pool.

The location was excellent. We visited each of the restaurants and the staff at each were efficient and friendly. Durty Nelly's was really fun.The Valet staff were incredible, especially Ruben! He was just so outstanding. He offered suggestions when we had questions. He gave us water and even offered to get us coffee. We were there for my grandson's BMT graduation and I was so touched by the sincere congratulations that Ruben offered to him.

The laundry facility could use serious updating. The product dispenser did not work and the dryer did not dry.

This hotel is good. It's the location that I think makes it easier to except the price and quality. Would I stay here again. Probably not. I received emails that kept telling me the total for my stay but never stated the incidental charges and valet price. So it was a bit of a shock to say the least when we first arrived and were getting charged a different amount then what I was expecting. Over all, the hotel is in a great local. There is construction going on on the road in front of the hotel. It's not just the construction of the new building they are putting up. The three places to eat in the hotel are nice. The Irish pub was the best of the three. The staff was good. Some way more friendly than others. Room service was over priced. My mom wanted a 6 pack of beer brought up to the room and it was going to be $57. There were things in the room that didn't work. Like the refrigerator and blow dryer. Definitely a little out dated but it was clean and the beds were nice. The valet parkers were very friendly. Over all the stay was good.

Not being aware of the extra charges until I was checking in. They could of been wrote into the couple of emails I received from Booking.com and the Hotel.

Location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was nice

On 5th floor we could hear music late but not too bad. Think for being a Hilton and the cost that room cleaning should be every day

The hotel was nice. Customer service was nice. Bar area was nice. I did like the river view and enjoyed having my coffee on the porch.

I think the hotel is over priced. And the parking was over price. I made a reservation for two nights and had to leave after the first night. And was charged 100 dollars for leaving early.
