Great location and a very good breakfast with different choices. Cosy and comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Great location, nice lobby and outside terrace

Breakfast arrangement is not perfect, gets easily crowded. Rooms and especially corridors seemed a bit dusty. Courtside rooms were dark, the lightning was not sufficient.

The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is welcoming. The staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast is amazing. The location is perfect to explore as the Metro stations are close by, there are buses and trams too.

The WiFi dropped out intermittently and floor 5 is being renovated so was a bit noisy at times.

Amazing breakfast and very comfortable lounge and bar area.

The room was pretty cramped and the bathroom could be improved in some points.

I especially liked the live music both night of our stay.

The paint on the bathroom door was coming off. that just seemed like the property wasn’t properly maintained.

The library is stunning and they encourage borrowing the books to read in your room. The location was great. For me, the best part was the food. I have celiac disease and safe gluten free food can be difficult. The breakfast had a lot of options which made it easy and for dinner Richard helped suggest meals that were made without gluten. It was all delicious!

The only complaint I had was the bathroom door is see through, which was really strange, and using the shower soaks the whole bathroom floor because of how it’s made.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming and the breakfast was fantastic.

We would have liked the hotel to have English Breakfast Teabags. Other than that we were really happy with the stay.

The hotel is centrally located. The staff is exceptional! Breakfast is very good you won’t go away hungry.

The room was not like what was posted. The hot water took for ever to get up to temperature. Had a refrigerator in the room that did not work said just use ice and use it like a cooler. ( that was crazy and they really didn’t have containers to hold the ice. Had coffee set up but no out let we’re it was set up we just relocated it. But not really needed cause breakfast started at 7:30am. But all the staff were just lovely.

Location great, close to our family, loved the breakfast. We had stayed here before and had a great time

Bad smell in the bathroom, from the toilet we think, had to keep the lid closed. Mildew on the shower floor tiles. This would not keep me from staying again. We love this hotel.
