Great location. This isn’t my first time staying here and again I can’t stress enough at how the staff has been so kind and accommodating. The hotel style is super cool like a jazz boutique! I got scared because someone accidentally thought my room was theirs and pulled at the handle, so I called reception at 22:30 and a male night manager came to sweep the floor and was super kind and made me feel really safe! Ontop of that you need to have a key to enter the room area, then use that key when you get to your floor and then again to enter your room. Im a female and was alone so I really appreciate the security measures.

I would have liked some sort of seating area in the room to work. I know they offer this in some rooms but the one my company booked is a smaller room so I’d suggest a small table that attaches to the arm of the little bench under the tv! Secondly, you guys need to work on your replies to messages on [Link Redacted] I couldn’t bring my dog because I didn’t know if you’d accept her and in the end you do but I didnt get an answer and sadly had to leave her. Same for the sauna I asked about the rules/how it works and no answer.

Very much accessible to Central part of the city via Metro. Loads of books to read, while sipping your wine or gulping down your beer.

No locker in the room or telephone to connect to the help desk or floor manager.

Very central on Östermalm, close to everything

Smallest room I've ever had. How about a waterboiler and some coffee?

Great atmosphere in the hotel, full of books everywhere. Excellent location in Östermalm. Rooms are very well isolated so they make for a great night sleep.

Breakfast organisation a bit chaotic and coffee not that good. Rooms are very small but that is often the case in Stockholm.
