Room clean and comfortable beds

No options for anyone aged under 21. Pool was far from the hotel and you needed to walk quite a ways for it. The gym was horrible!

Loud noises in room 629 from next door utility room. The hotel front desk know about the problem and laugh about it.

Due to construction, the AC was ineffective on the second night. Room temp was close to 80 which made sleeping difficult.

it was very clean and fresh when you walked in good price for the night we stayed

The room was very large, clean and I had an excellent view from the 6th floor.

I didn¿t know that there was smoking in the casino again. It was pretty bad. Most casinos stopped it and it hasn¿t returned. Luckily I was on the 6th floor.

The suites were great the staff attentive and the hotel was very quiet

The games are wound so tight nobody Bragging about any wins..They really need to loosen the games it¿s way way too tight only their people win !!

The room and bathroom were spacious

The building in general smelt of cigarette smoke. Need better ventilation, filters and air circulation

I love gold country casino hotel ! The bath tub the nice soft bed, the view in the morning.

Yes unfortunately the room wasn't clean as it usually is.There were dirty walls, floor was not mopped and shiny like usual,different cheaply hygiene supply,not the smell good stuff,trashcan was dirty under the bag and kurig coffee cups were already usedâ˜

Very nice large room, with a very large bathroom, very well appointed.

You better bring ear plugs, you can hear everything next door, I mean everything, sound buffering was not a concern in the building of this facility!

The Hotel was nice and clean.

I did not like the fact that I didnt have the option to upgrade my room even with willing to pay an additional fee.

Our stay was comfortable, affordable ( good time for the price in the area). It would be great if they had an ironing board and iron in every room, ours didn't have that and we need it.

The room, the bar and the staff were ALL outstanding! We were very surprised and pleased with everything.

My husband is handicapped. It would be nice to have power scooters available for rental as I had to push his chair though the hotel & casino. I'm from Vista, Ca...not Norwalk, CT

quiet, good bed

They put me in a handicapped room that was awkward for me. I was not able to figure out how to operate the thermostat and the room remained cold. There was no place open to get a cup of coffee at 7 am.

Clean room well priced with many benefits. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

Clean room. Nice shower. Good TV. Good room service...excellent food from the cafe.
